Shamanism, originating in the cold　regions of Northern Asia, Northern Europe, and North America, is a natural religion　practiced by various ethnic groups. In China, Northern ethnic groups, especially the Tungusic\npeople like the Manchu, Mongolian, Hezhen, and Evenki, have preserved shamanistic\ncustoms and beliefs. This research highlights the significance of shamanistic rituals and the\nideological worship of gods and ancestors among these communities. The study explores the\nhistorical and cultural evolution of Evenki shamanism, from primitive totem worship to its\nrole as a spiritual leader in their society.\n\nThe research further examines the influence of modernity and tourism on the traditional\nshamanistic practices of the Evenki. It assesses the impact of these changes on the\npreservation and adaptation of their cultural heritage.
