The eight-step framework presented by the participation ladder is\nan effective tool visualize the extent to which children and young people can be\ninvolved in and responsible for decision-making in their own learning and\ninteraction with society. On the other hand, the OECD’s Agency is defined as the\nability to use knowledge skills, values, and attitudes in an integrated manner as\nthe power necessary to create the future.
