| 内容記述 | This paper discusses the gap between self-actualization, the highest level of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and the reality of Japanese school education and Japanese society. In examining this, I focused on the words "Japanese social and cultural background" and "harmony and cooperation." In conclusion, I pointed out that in Japanese school education and modern society, there are many people who have not achieved the previous levels when it comes to achieving self-actualization, and that achieving self-actualization is fraught with difficulties. I also predicted that this tendency will continue to increase in the future, and proposed two incentives for the theoretical practice of moral education in school education, especially in high schools.: especially “the relationship of connections” and “the merchant’s way in Japanese traditional culture”. |
