| 内容記述 | 多頭飼育崩壊とは，多数の動物を適切に飼育できず生活環境が悪化する問題である。この状態は，飼い主の社会的孤立や経済困窮に加え，精神疾患の症状としても見られることから，多機関・多職種連携が求められる。対応には飼い主の同意，動物の引き取り，繁殖制限，見守りが含まれるが，法の限界や資源不足が課題である。精神疾患や虐待との関連が示されており，心理職による支援者支援および適切な心理療法が不可欠である。解決には「動物福祉」の向上や社会的啓発が不可欠であり，動物福祉と人間の福祉が結びつく「One Welfare」の理念が注目されている。課題解決に向けてさらなる研究の蓄積が求められる。 Animal hoarding occurs when a large number of animals are inadequately cared for, causing living environments to deteriorate. This issue is linked to the owner's social isolation, economic hardship, and sometimes mental illness, demanding multi-agency collaboration. Key responses include obtaining the owner's consent, animal retrieval, reproduction restriction, and ongoing monitoring; however, resource shortages and legal limitations are major challenges. Its connection with mental illnesses and abuse makes psychological support and effective therapies essential. Promoting 'animal welfare' and increasing public awareness are crucial to addressing this problem. The concept of 'One Welfare,' which integrates animal welfare with human well-being, provides a valuable perspective for solutions. Continued research and innovative approaches are essential in tackling the complexity of animal hoarding. |
