| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to find out through interview surveys what kind of Japanese language support university students with foreign roots need during their university life, and to consider that support. Specifically, I will investigate what problems students faced at university, how to resolve them, the individual support they received, and what kind of support they needed. Based on these surveys, we will consider how to implement Japanese language support at universities. In recent years, the number of foreigners living in Japan has increased, and with that, the number of children and young people with foreign roots have also increased. There is an increasing number of reports and research on how to support children with foreign roots. Also increasing number of students with foreign roots are entering university after graduating from high school. However, there are few universities that systematically provide Japanese language support to university students with foreign roots, and there are few reports on this. This is because although universities provide Japanese language support for international students, in many cases the Japanese language skills of university students with foreign roots are left up to the individual students, or teachers provide personal support. Probably. In the future, the university will also need to provide Japanese language support to university students with foreign roots. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to clarify through interview surveys what kind of Japanese language support university students with foreign roots needed during their university life, and to consider what kind of support universities can provide. As a result of the interview, it was found that although they felt anxious about writing after entering university, they resolved those concerns through studying in Japanese language courses for international students and interacting with friends who checked their Japanese. . It has become clear that universities need to provide opportunities to study with such international students and opportunities to gain language partners who support their Japanese through exchanges. |
