The writer’s university started the new faculty in 2017,which focuses on English proficiency. Students build the foundation of practical English at the first two years. Then to use English,they go to study abroad,or tell their specialty they choose and studied in the area of reginal culture and tourism,international relation,or language. This will lead to develop global human material. To realize this aim, English education at this faculty is decided into two parts; the courses for foreign teachers and Japanese teachers. Adding this, pairs of teachers teach same students to share the information of the students and class to make the class effective.
