We took \nthis opportunity to assess the program, by using results of questionnaire for the students. A part of the content and assessment procedure to the students was different \nfrom our previous report. In addition, coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) influenced \nour planed learning strategies. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, therefore, we \npartially used Microsoft Teams as a communication tool among students and teachers, \ninstead of practical experience, if not ideal.\nAlthough verification of results is not enough at the present, we incorporated outcome-based education (OBE) based on the revised model core curriculum (2013).
