Multicultural coexistence tends to be thought of as living in harmony with \nforeigners from the perspective of the Japanese. For this reason, multicultural \ncoexistence is regarded as a relationship between \"Japanese\" and \"foreigners,\" which \ncauses the problem of asymmetry in local Japanese language activities.\nMulticultural coexistence is not something to think about in such a binary opposition, \nbut relates to everyone who lives in Japan, and it is necessary to think about \nmulticultural coexistence from this viewpoint. Therefore, for participants who want to \nbe involved in Japanese language activities in the region, I conducted an activity to \nthink about the diversity of Japanese people in the course.
