University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、水素水は健康に良い水として注目され、ドラッグストアやコンビニエンスストアなどの実店舗及びインターネット上で簡単に入手可能となっている。水素は体内で活性酸素と結合して素早く消去することで 20 種類以上の疾患や症状に対する効果・効能を有すると言われている。市販されている水素水製品にはアルミパウチ型、アルミ缶型、ペットボトルをはじめスティック型、浄水器型およびタブレット型など様々な形態のものがある。\n本研究では、一般家庭で入手可能で主流となっているアルミパウチ型、アルミ缶型及び水素生成剤型(スティック型・錠剤型)の市販水素水製品 17 種類を水素水試料として、実際に溶存水素が表示どおり含有しているか否か溶存水素濃度を測定するとともに、開封後の保存状況により溶存水素濃度に変化があるのか否かについて検討した。溶存水素濃度の測定は、ポータブル溶存水素計またはメチレンブルー滴定法を用いて行った。市販水素水製品の多くは、一部の例外を除いてほぼ表示通りの溶存水素濃度であった。開封後の溶存水素濃度について検討した結果、アルミパウチ型タイプの試料では脱気状態で保存することで開封後 5 日間以上まで溶存水素濃度が保持された。アルミ缶型の脱気不可能な容器では開封 1 日後には溶存水素濃度は 0 ppm
