内容記述 | Japan celebrates her fiftyth anniversary of Jubilee after the devastation of the second World War. During the fifty years, she has attained a remarkable degree of prosperity. She enjoys 15.6% shares of the whole GNP of the world, while the shares of USA and EC are each 26.3% and 28.9%, according to the white paper of Japan (1993). Japan is no doubt happy with the fact of prosperity, but she is not so happy with the recognition of porsperity by the people as a whole. For the remarkable majority of 69.2% people answer, that they don't feel the richness of the country in their real lives, also according to the above mentioned white paper. The following paper discusses, why so many people in Japan don't admit the richness, in spite of the fact of the big national income. The paper contends ; the main reason why the majority of Japanese don't admit the richness is that they are happy with the "results", but not with the "process". The following paper also discusses, that Japanese economic policy faces now the time of change. The industry policy (Sangyou Seisaku) of Japan might have been useful for the time of her "modernization" (Kindaika). But Japan enters now the new era of "internationalization" (Kokusaika). The paper contends, that Japanese economic policy must change from the industry policy to the new order policy ("Rahmenpolitik" in German). | |||||
