内容記述 | Human rights education is not practiced in classes as a subject in Japan. If you ask me if I don't teach anything in schools, the reality is that it is not a subject like student guidance or food education, but is practiced beyond the curriculum. It is thought that this human rights education is only taught in some regions and historical backgrounds, such as Buraku discrimination and Ainu people. However, in order to solve the problems raised as an issue of education in post-coronavirus Japan, it is necessary to provide early human rights education up to the age of 10. For example, in order to realize the flow of individually optimal learning and collaborative learning, it is important to provide guidance based on an understanding of the issues that each student is facing. In order to understand these individual issues, it is important to cultivate a sense of human rights and awareness so that human rights can be protected in the educational environment in which each student is placed. In particular, this paper discusses the significance of enhancing human rights education by the middle grades of elementary school. The age of the child, 10 years old, which is introduced from some data, is a key point. I hope that many elementary school education practitioners will understand this reality and make use of it to enhance human rights education in the lower and middle grades of elementary school up to the age of 10 as soon as possible. |
