旅行中の「お薬手帳」携帯状況に関する調査研究

本学薬学部に平成23～25年度に在籍していた学生(1～6年生)計1170名と本学職員53名および一般人183名(うち旅行中132名)にアンケートを行い、お薬手帳を「知っているか」「持っているか」「日常あるいは旅行中に持ち歩いているか」などについて調査した。結果、23年度の学生が「知っている」と答えた割合は86%で、一般人の40%に比べて有意に高く、特に5～6年生は全員が「知っている」と回答した。「持っている」と答えた割合は、23年度の学生が42%、職員が26%、一般人が41%(旅行者33%)であった。「日常的に持ち歩いている」と答えた割合は、23年度の1年生が6%、2年生0%、3年生0%、4年生6%、5年生3%、6年生11%、職員8%、一般人14%、旅行者7%であった。「旅行中に持ち歩いている」と答えた割合は、23年度の1年生が8%、2年生10%、3年生7%、4年生4%、5年生6%、6年生11%、職員0%、一般人48%、旅行者50%であった。

Medication Notebook”　is a useful tool in “Pharmacy-Pharmacy Cooperation” between pharmacists in hospitals and pharmacists in pharmacies. However, both the patient and the medical worker do not understand it enough.
In this study, about the name recognition and the portable situation of the medication notebook, we performed the questionnaire for the pharmacy students and a traveler.
Although the student's recognition was high enough, the everyday portable rate was low. Especially, the degree of carrying the medication notebook under travel was 10% or less. In many cases, they saved with the insurance certificate and the patient's registration card and did not fully understand the role of the notebook. On the other hand, 50% of the travelers carried the notebook at the time of a travel, although name recognition was about 40%.
Although the notebook of the electronic edition was being created in Japan now, that to fully argue about a form or the contents is required suggested these results of an investigation.
