| 内容記述 | Educator sexual misconducts are problematic issues also in Japan. To clarify female educators’ sexual misconducts to school-age children and teenagers, text mining was conducted on text data of news articles. Cases of female educators were 20 of 1225 (1.6%). Further analysis found that their misconduct type were mainly sexual intercourses with teenage students. And invasive sexual contacts were found to be less. Discussing their causes, the author suggested future directions of education for educators and candidates. |

| 内容記述 | 日本でも教職員のわいせつ行為は問題となっている。学齢期の児童や青少年に対する女性教育者のわせつ行為を明らかにするため、ニュース記事のテキストデータを対象にテキストマイニングを行った。女性教育者は1225ケース中20名（1.6％）であった。さらに分析したところ、彼らのわいせつ行為のタイプは主に10代の生徒との性的交際だった。また一方的性的接触は少なかった。その原因を考察し、教職員と教職志望者向けの教育の今後の方向性を示唆した。 | |||||
