| 内容記述 | Scholars and practitioners have increasingly emphasized data science education in recent years. Thus, this study aims to develop and implement new teaching materials in the field of data science education, which are dedicated to teaching students about artificial intelligence (AI). The materials address the following aspects of AI: discussing AI in business, the mechanism of machine learning, pre-processing, and visualization necessary for data analysis. To understand their effectiveness, we used materials for undergraduate students at the economics and management department, Hokuriku University. Moreover, we measured the degrees of interest in and understanding of AI of the students using questionnaires. The main finding is that students are more interested in learning about AI after using the materials. Additionally, faculty members who did not specialize in AI or data science research increased the degree of interest among students using the materials. |

| 内容記述 | 近年、研究者や実務家がデータサイエンス教育を重視する傾向が強まっている。そこで本研究では、データサイエンス教育の分野において、人工知能（AI）に関する教育に特化した新しい教材を開発し、実践することを目的とする。本教材では、ビジネスにおけるAIの議論、機械学習の仕組み、データ分析に必要な前処理、可視化などを取り上げている。本教材の効果を検証をするために、北陸大学経済経営学部の学部生を対象として、学生のAIに対する関心度や理解度をアンケートで測定した。その結果、学生のAIに関する学習への関心が高まっていることが明らかとなった。また、AIやデータサイエンス研究を専門としていない教員は、教材を使用した学生の関心度を高めることができたこともわかった。 | |||||
